NORDIC WALKING
Walking with poles it’s one of the most complete aerobic physical and sports activities. If performed with the correct technique, it combines a cardio circulatory work with a high muscular involvement (the 90% of the entire apparatus, about 600 muscles). It’s ideal for bringing back people who are not particularly sporty as it has been shown that with this discipline the perception of fatigue is considerably lowered.


COURSES
Keration organizes Nordic Walking Courses that allow you to acquire the basics of the technique and begin to take advantage of the many benefits that Nordic Walking can bring to those who practice it correctly. It’s a complete and affordable activity for everyone, regardless of age and physical form. We will discover the elements that allow us to recover a natural and harmonious path, taking care of the functionality of the foot, posture and coordination of the walk. In addition, the basics for correct breathing will be provided, an indispensable element to guarantee harmony and fluidity to the movement. Several studies highlight the positive effects of Nordic Walking even in situations of difficulty resulting from excessive sedentariness. Our guide Nuccio Pisana is a qualified instructor from the Italian Nordic Walking School with specialized skills that allows him to manage the activity adapting it to the specific and peculiar needs of the individual participants. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH NORDIC WALKING POLES.
